ProcessBarron delivers complete steam turbine solutions, including backpressure steam turbine generators (STGs) and fully integrated turbine skid packages. These systems convert high-pressure steam into electricity while supplying process heat, effectively doubling the energy value of your steam. Compared to conventional combined cycle plants, backpressure STGs consume roughly half the fuel and reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 0.48 lb/kWh.
By leveraging thermodynamics, these turbines make otherwise wasted energy from high-pressure steam usable for both electricity and process heating. Typical STG installation costs are around $1,000/kW, half the cost of utility-scale combined cycle plants, while providing 4x faster ROI in energy savings.
