Product Description
ProcessBarron’s underpile drag reclaimers are custom-engineered on a proven foundation to meet your facility’s specific requirements. Ranging from one to six drag chain strands depending on application and volume, these systems deliver consistent material flow while minimizing wear on critical components. The drag chains feature an internal pivot design that prevents rotation on the sprocket teeth, significantly reducing erosion on the drive sprocket assembly. Additionally, drive sprockets are designed with twice the number of teeth (plus one), ensuring each draft shaft rotation engages every other set of teeth, extending component lifespan and reducing downtime.
Our underpile drag reclaimers also feature innovative tail shaft and tail section designs with radiused pans that capture and return spilled material to the carrying side. This self-cleaning mechanism further reduces maintenance requirements, keeping operations running smoothly. For operations requiring redundancy or increased capacity, multiple reclaimers can be placed side by side to maintain continuous fuel flow.
High-capacity, rugged, and low-maintenance, ProcessBarron’s underpile drag reclaimers have been refined over 35 years of development. While not fully automated like some traveling screw reclaimers, these systems are often more reliable and economical, providing substantial savings while delivering consistent, dependable performance.
ProcessBarron designs underpile drag chain reclaimers for a variety of configurations, including open-air fuel piles and storage bins. Each system includes motors, roller drive trains, and gear reducers to ensure steady material transfer.
For a durable, efficient, and economical solution to bulk material handling, ProcessBarron’s underpile drag reclaimers offer unmatched reliability, high capacity, and low-maintenance performance tailored to your facility’s needs.
