ProcessBarron employees ventured to Regions Field in downtown Birmingham on Thursday, June 30, to see the Birmingham Barons take on the Biloxi Shuckers. Because ProcessBarron is made up of over 250 employees in three locations around the Birmingham area, it’s important for us to find ways to grow together as a company and to build culture both inside and outside of the office. All of our employees (and their families!) were invited to attend Thursday night’s festivities. Not only are the employees the heart and soul of the company, but they are also the driving force behind all our accomplishments!
We had hamburgers, hotdogs, and plenty of Good People beer in the Diamond Direct Ballroom we rented out. To the left was an incredible view of Railroad Park, and to the right, the game! Along with the inside ballroom, we had seats just outside to allow everyone to soak in the warm summer air, as well as enjoy the sounds of the stadium.
We believe that happy employees pass their happiness on to customers, and what makes people happier than the Birmingham Barons?!
