Tim Iori joined ProcessBarron as our Chief Operating Officer in 2020. He was promoted to President in 2022. Tim has many years of expertise in global business operations, integration, cultural change management, product line strategies, and global growth strategy. Tim started his career at GE in the Operations Management Leadership Program. After graduating from this program, Tim served in operations, quality control, engineering, and plant and general management roles across the globe.
His technical and business background enables him to effectively align ProcessBarron’s operations with our goals, culture, and vision.
Tim received a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Ken Nolen began his career with Process Equipment in 1989. Prior to starting at Process Equipment, Ken worked for Vulcan Materials Company Chattanooga Division as a quality control engineer and APAC Sarasota Inc. as a project engineer and General Division Superintendent for various major road construction projects in South Florida. From 1989 until 2007, he held various positions within Process Equipment including: estimator, project manager, account technical sales, regional sales manager, and VP of sales and marketing.
He was named President of Process Equipment in 2008. For the next 7 years, he led the company through our expansion into new service and production areas, focusing on continued excellence, success, and customer satisfaction while integrating our company values into every decision.
In 2015, Ken became the Chief Executive Officer of ProcessBarron. He continues to use his extensive knowledge of engineering design, material testing, and equipment operation to lead our company with honesty, excellence, and reliability.
Ken received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama.
