ProcessBarron designs and manufactures industrial airfoil fans engineered for maximum efficiency, longevity, and reliability. Airfoil fans are generally designed for clean-air applications such as FD Fans, ID Fan on the clean side of dust collection equipment su ch as baghouses and ESP(s).
Our airfoil fan blades feature solid nose pieces and internal stiffeners welded to both sides, providing exceptional structural rigidity. Blades are fully welded to the back plate (or center plate on double-inlet fans) and shroud to maximize the blade section modulus. This construction delivers non-overloading operation, consistent airflow, and reliable performance.
Each fan is performance-rated to AMCA standards, tested for rotor resonance, proper rotating assembly operation, and overall system efficiency.
